NOTE: If the error is an isolated event, the clock is most likely set properly.

is likely to be set incorrectly.

Corrective Action:
Take the card to the system administrator. The card's secret code presentation counter
is down to its last try. If issued properly, the counter will reset and the card
can be reused. If the last attempt at the CSC1 fails, the card becomes unusable
and a new one will have to be issued to the cardholder.
